The most expensive square meter of commercial space in the second quarter of 2024 was sold in the municipality of New Belgrade for 8,947 euros, for a space of 19 square meters. Meanwhile, the highest contracted price for a commercial property was 1,330,000 euros for a space of 727 square meters, located in the municipality of Vračar in Belgrade.
