The First Industrial Zone in Belgrade, located in the municipality of Palilula, could soon get a new look. Namely, in the area that includes, among other things, the former complex of the Belgrade Cotton Combine and the buildings of the Old Slaughterhouse, a mixed-use city center and residential complex is planned, with a total gross developed construction area of 216,919 square meters.
